Custodio García Rovira Park

The José Custodio Cayetano García Rovira Park, as it is known today, was the site around which the indigenous people congregated in a town of Indians they called Bucaramanga, as of December 22, 1622 by the Settler Judge, encomendero and miner Andrés Páez de Sotomayor, with the symbolic approval given by the doctrinal priest Miguel Trujillo after a mass.

House of Culture

In Casa de la Cultura 'Horacio Rodríguez Plata' This in a colonial-style house constitutes a nucleus of historical and cultural diffusion. The building, which was the house of the Spanish governor Lucas González, in the 18th century, today houses a collection of 2,000 pieces that document the processes of conquest, colonization and independence.
Pedro María Ramírez Museum
Pedro María Ramírez Ramos, better known as the martyr of Armero (La Plata, October 23, 1899 - Armero, April 10, 1948), was a Colombian priest who died a victim of the revolutionary fury of the famous April 9. In the Catholic Church he is considered blessed.

San sebastian cathedral
Its foundation and formation as a municipality dates from June 5, 1651 by Captain Diego de Ospina y Maldonado, the date on which the parish of San Sebastián de La Plata was organized. This foundation is attributed both to the passage of Sebastián de Belalcazar through the lands of Cauca in search of El Dorado under the connection between Santafé and Quito, as well as the interest of the Spanish when the discovery of existing silver mines in this area occurred.
